So guys, I've decided I want to be Ron when I grow u-- scratch that, I WILL be Ron when I grow up. I'm already halfway there, on a straight course of winning, although I can't say I'm as sore as a loser. I figured out the secret young; the less investment you put in things the less it matters if all doesn't go well in the end. This philosophy doesn't work for all people, but I just so happen to be a very lucky person so I get away with doing very little and accomplishing a lot. The best thing you can do if you want to win is be as cocky as possible, even if you don't really feel that way about yourself. Confidence is key to nearly all things in life. If you can make people believe in you, whether you're spewing bullshit or the truth, anything is possible. People will invest in you if you can convince them that you're worth their while.
My solution to the America sucking epidemic isn't really to become a Russian spy, I'm just moving the hell out as quickly as I can. There's virtually nothing I can do to change the government unless I put the insane amount of effort of finding a puppet and making him President so I don't have to be. Government will never satisfy all people, I barely think any form of government satisfies the majority of a nation, so I choose to ignore it even though I'm perfectly aware that anything they do will effect me eventually. As long as something like The Purge never occurs (I'd love to see how the script explains what idiot decided that was a good plan) I don't really care what happens in D.C. Maybe that makes me stupid but again, I don't really care.
The thing I have to say about 'artists can't just do art,' I just have one question; what do you do when you want to do everything? If I was in the music business I'd want (and have 75% of the ability to) be the singing and dancing star, fashion guru, marketing specialist, writer, music video producer, album artwork artist, and manager... but I know my head would explode in 3 days if I tried to do it all. And this is just in one field... I have more interests and skill than the aforementioned (swear I'm not trying to be cocky right now). I'm 18 going on 19 in October and all I really want to do is perfect the appropriate skills so I can be (at least) a quadruple threat in my field of choice. HOW DO I DO IT? TELL ME, PRETTY PLEASE.
x Gabriella
