day 9 of this so called Gaba

So Gaba is the Hausa word for future. I have never heard of Hausa, so I had to look it up and it's "the Chadic language" (or Afro-Asiatic) that is spoken by the most people. Either way, the word gaba kind of tickles my brain when I say it, and it also reminds me of Yo Gaba Gaba. I don't even know if that's how that thing is spelt or what exactly it is, but I believe it may be another one of those fairly new creepy children's TV Shows that I've never seen.

Back onto the topic that I haven't actually started yet but is more relevant than the Hausa language, I did research for Ron yesterday afternoon. Off topic: I wish there were another way to phrase or say "yesterday afternoon" because I don't enjoy that phrase's existence in all of my posts. Back on topic (that I have now officially started), the research I did was with three other people, and we were looking up problems that businesses—specifically restaurants— have when they start up on a social media sites— specifically facebook, and some solutions to these problems. I learned something new about facebook, too. There's this thing called egderank now that facebook uses to decide whether or not someone is going to see a post you make. Edgerank basically depends on how much a person interacts with your page, how much people have interacted with your post, and what types of interaction have occurred with the post. It was pretty interesting to read about.

After doing that research, I worked some more on my cd covers and after today I'll have finished 1 or 2 good ones (to give you an idea of what my work method is with design, I've designed about 14 covers and only about 7 of them are actually completed to an acceptable extent).

Today, leads yet again. I'm around the same place that I have been for the past two days, so if this pattern continues, next week I'll double my average! Although I truly doubt that, because I think I'm going pretty quickly right now. Maybe I'll bring them up by 50%.
