How would you even say that word? It's in Lithuanian, but I've never payed much attention to how that sounds.
Thursday afternoon I got a ton more work done on promo graphics, and I played around in photoshop to get a cool new style of painting. After finishing up here, I had my first verbal class with LGR, and only two out of my five students showed up. So we just chatted and went over vocab and grammar; it was an easy-going session. Plus, I got lucky again and these two girls were really into learning. For this week, I bought candy to motivate my students.
This weekend was boring. My car stared running bumpy on my home Thursday and my check engine light kept flashing but not staying on. Friday, when my dad got home from work, he checked it out and he said it was something he'd never seen before: one of my spark plugs was broken— as in completely shattered. Obviously it was an easy fix, but it was just weird. The rest of my weekend was boring and I just got another prescription for inhalers and things I don't like.
This morning Ron talked to us about the 50 project, so I'm excited to start working on that this afternoon. I actually got as many leads done today as I was getting my second week, and only in half the time. Of course, most of the places I looked at had websites listed, but maybe I'll actually start getting more leads anyway.
