My son is leaving to Afghanistan tomorrow. I'm way bummed about that. My commencement ceremony is Saturday and he won't be able to be there. I have to be there early for the "Honors Breakfast", I've managed to stay on the honor roll for a while now. I think I get some do-hickey to attach to my gown while I'm there. Makes all those sleepless night doing homework and studying for exams worth it. I think. At least I get a black tassel with a "13" on it, that's cool. It'll be a good day, my son's absence just makes it a little less bright.
