Today in interning

Still getting faster at leads.  Did pretty well today.  Some of it might be luck, but that can only account for so much.  On monday we (the interns) split up to complete a couple of exercises in organization, giving us a taste of what we need to do well in the music world.  My group had the task of sorting birthday, holiday and miscellaneous cards in a logical fashion, because apparently forgetting to send a greeting card with an elephant on it is a big concern for musicians on the road.  We were given less time than we would actually needed, in order to create a sense of urgency and learning to organize well enough to make up for the brain damage rock stars walk around with on a regular basis.  Both important skills/abilities.
