Still riding the momentum from last week, we took the next step in our CD campaign- crowd funding! We researched and honed in on the promotion of the crowd funding websites, this included researching TV, radio, newspaper and other media outlets. I have taken over this section for the Massachusetts CD, delving into the local and regional media. We are also moving forward in our marketing plan; the logo is finished, the first press release is written, and we plan to reach out to the bands in a few days. These are the days of less talking and more doing.
I have learned a lot about how to organize problems, turning one huge mountain of a project into a pile of molehills.
