I started the day off by writing a press release to send to news stations around the north east. I had trouble converting the press release we sent out to newspapers to fit television. I've definitely learned a lot about trying to sell a story to the media, however. The group of interns sent out the emails in less than ten minutes after we had our meeting. Tomorrow, me and a few of the other interns are tasked with explaining the internship to the new interns.
